Miranda graduated from the University of South Florida with a Master's Degree in social work and a Bachelor's Degree in psychology. She began working at a career readiness program for young adults with disabilities in 2018 and continued her work with this population as a Registered Behavioral Therapist for K-12+. She then joined the Focus Forward team in 2021 as program supervisor.

Bradley graduated from the Univeristy of Tampa with a Bachelor's Degree in music theater.

In 2018 he joined the Penguin Project, a theater program for individuals with disabilities, where he served as the music director creating incredible experiences for hundreds of children with disabilities. He then joined our Focus Forward family in 2024 and has been doing the same here!

Kamila was introduced to this field through her younger cousin who was diagnosed with a disability just a few years ago. Through spending most days with him, she developed a love for our population and decided to pursue a career helping clients of varying disabilities receive the respect and services they deserve. She joined our Focus Forward family in 2024 and has been a wonderful addition to our team! 

Brendan is a recent graduate of Full Sail University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. With a personal connection to the community we serve, he has seamlessly integrated into our program, bringing both empathy and insight. Brendan joined the Focus Forward team in August 2025 and now shares his creativity and life experience to help equip our clients with valuable life skills.

Haille attended Johnson & Wales University in Miami, where she built a strong foundation in hospitality management. After over five years of experience in culinary industry management, she chose to pursue a more fulfilling path—bringing her organizational skills and leadership expertise to Focus Forward. Since joining the team in August 2025, Haille has played a key role in supporting our mission and ensuring we continue to effectively serve our growing client base.

Loretta is one of our program's founders. In addition to running Focus Academy, she serves as Director of our program and oversees its functions.

Josephine is one of our program's founders. In addition to also running Focus Academy, she is the Assistant Director to our program and aids in overseeing its functions.
