The first step to join our Focus Forward program is scheduling a meeting and tour of our program. To set up a tour, please call 813.919.5543 or email our Program Supervisor at info@focusforwardtampa.com. As a person-centered organization, Focus Forward requires that the potential client attend the meeting and tour. We ask that you fill out the application packet attached to this page prior to the meeting.
