The first step to enroll at Focus Forward is scheduling a meeting and tour of our program. To set up a tour, please call 813.919.5543 or email our Program Supervisor Miranda Horr at mhorr@focusforwardtampa.com. As a person-centered organization, Focus Forward requires that the potential client attend the meeting and tour. After the meeting you will receive an application packet.
